RSVP.com.au Pty Ltd. “Helium”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides app based match-making services commonly known as ‘online dating’ (the “Services”).
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (GDPR), Helium is the data controller of personal information and responsible for Helium apps in the App Store and Google play stores and any Helium dating related websites.
